Julian ensures the business runs with structure, reliability, and intention, while Justine delivers expert grooming with a steady, compassionate touch.

Julian is the Co-owner of Zen Mobile Grooming and oversees all aspects of the business outside of grooming. He manages operations, scheduling systems, client communication, policies, marketing, and long-term planning to ensure every experience runs smoothly from start to finish. His focus is creating a calm, reliable, and professional service tailored to you needs, that allows pets to be groomed comfortably in their own home—while giving owners clarity, consistency, and peace of mind.

What To Expect?

We Arrive and Get Your Dog Comfortable

We arrive at your home right on schedule and begin with a calm, unhurried meet-and-greet. This gives your dog time to get comfortable with us and helps set a relaxed tone for the visit. We then take a moment with you to assess your dog’s needs and determine the safest, most comfortable place in your home for grooming, most often a bathroom or utility space.

We Prepare the Space and Begin Grooming

Once the location is set, we bring in all necessary supplies and thoughtfully prepare our work area, keeping your home protected, clean, and organized. Your dog is then gently guided into the grooming process, with services performed patiently and attentively from start to finish. Comfort, safety, and clear communication guide every step.

We Clean Up and Return a Happy, Relaxed Dog

After the groom is complete, we fully sanitize and clean the area, leaving the space fresh, orderly, and often better than we found it. We wrap up by returning your dog to you calm, refreshed, and well cared for, so you can enjoy peace of mind knowing the entire experience was handled with respect and intention.
